Our guest support team is available 24/7 for urgent matters. For general inquiries, we respond within 2-4 hours during business hours (9 AM - 9 PM MST). You can reach us anytime via phone, email, or WhatsApp for immediate assistance.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and digital payment methods through our secure booking platform. Payment is processed at the time of booking, with applicable security deposits held and released according to our cancellation policy.
Can I get a full refund?
Refunds depend on our cancellation policy and booking timing. Cancellations made 30+ days before check-in receive a full refund minus service fees. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to our standard cancellation terms. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for maximum flexibility.
What is your return policy?
